How do I change my password?

To change your password, go to the login page and select "Forgot your password?". You will be prompted to enter your email address and reset your password. We recommend using an incognito/private window or trying a different browser.

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically ship in 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri). And you will receive your order in 40-45business days (Mon-Fri). Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

Will my duvet cover work with my Caressma duvet?

We have specially designed sheets for Caressma duvet, you can also use your existing sheet sets or duvet covers. Be sure to double check the size as our duvets are intentionally designed to be slightly oversized.

Do I need to use duvet cover with my Caressma duvet?

We highly recommend using one! Similar to using a pillowcase on a pillow, protecting the Caressma duvet with a duvet cover helps protect against sweat, dirt and stains - and can easily be washed regularly with other sheets.

How do I care for my Caressma Duvet?

1. To take care of your duvet, machine wash gently in cold water in a large front-loading washing machine.

2. Air dry in the sun.

3. Do not iron or dry clean the duvet, as certain chemicals can dry out the duvet tufts and cause them to break down more quickly and lose their elasticity and insulating properties.

How do I clean my pillow?

How to Clean:

1. Wash on a delicate cycle using cold water(30°).
2. Air dry in the sun.

Warm Tips:

1. The pillows becomes fluffy after drying (do not bleach or iron).
2. Leaving the pillows in the sun for a few hours on a sunny day will evaporate any moisture that has built up overnight, and the pillows will fluff throughout the day, ensuring your pillows become even fluffier and softer.

I can’t remember the last time I replaced my pillow. How do I know if I need a new one?

Experts recommend changing pillows every other year - but we know that doesn't always happen! If your head feels unsupported, you need a new pillow. No matter where you lie, the pillow should be under your head (not your shoulders) and should be thick enough to keep your head in its normal position.

How to make the purchased goods fluffy?

The pillows are packaged in a vacuum bag. For optimal use, please prepare as below:
1. Opening the plastic wrap, they have a good fluff;
2. Please unwrap and fluff it up manually to its full size by kneading/slapping and shaking. Please give 24-48 hours to the pillows to fully expand.
3. Once fully loft, use the pillows as desired.

How do i check on the status of a refund?

We offer free shipping and returns unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately, this does not include the cost of our delivery and setup service as this is an add-on service.
